StarMed Respiratory Hoods

The StarMed range of respiratory hoods has been designed for both Non-invasive Ventilation (NIV) and CPAP therapy. Offering several clinical benefits for both the patient and the care providers, the hood interface helps to overcome many of the issues experienced with both endotracheal intubation and face mask use. The hoods are well tolerated for extended periods and, owing to the semi-closed environment design, have been identified as an optimal tool for reducing the risk of cross infection.

BiTrac Select™ NIV Full Face & Nasal Masks

The BiTrac™ NIV product family features a variety of interfaces that are designed to increase patient comfort and compliance in respiratory distress scenarios. The full face and nasal masks are highly adjustable, and their seal’s design minimises pressure exerted on the bridge of the nose. BiTrac Select™ NIV masks are available in four adult sizes with a size guide to help you choose the right mask for your patient. Our range of interchangeable elbows greatly reduce waste, as the mask’s elbow can be easily removed and replaced when transitioning patients between standard ventilators and bilevel machines.
BiTrac Maxshield Select™ total face mask for NIV

Our total face mask, the BiTrac MaxShield Select™, avoids the nose and disperses pressure over a larger surface area while reducing claustrophobia for the patient. BiTrac MaxShield Select™ masks are available in three adult sizes with a size guide to help you choose the right mask for your patient. Our interchangeable elbows greatly reduce waste since you can easily remove and replace the mask’s elbow when transitioning patients between standard ventilators and bilevel machines.
O2-MAX™ disposable CPAP device

The O2-MAX System™ can deliver up to 140 L/min of flow to the patient. Customise FiO2 to increase from 30, 60, or 90% with the Trio adaptor. Adjustable PEEP options include a 3-SET™ (5/7.5/10 cm H2O) or 5-SET™ (5/7.5/10/12.5/15 cm H2O) to suit a variety of patient needs. Additionally, this completely disposable system offers integrated nebulisation and filtration while maintaining a consistent flow to the patient. A variety of Quik-Connect™ allow direct fitting of the O2-MAX to wall oxygen for immediate therapy activation.
GO-PAP™ disposable CPAP device

The GO-PAP™ is a disposable emergency CPAP device that connects directly to an oxygen source. It operates at 10 L/min and delivers approximately 30% FiO2. There is an adjustable PEEP valve (5, 7.5 and 10 cm H2O) integrated into the generator. The PEEP is independent of the flow and therefore there is no requirement to adjust the flow to maintain PEEP levels. Additionally, this completely disposable system offers integrated nebulisation while maintaining a consistent flow to the patient.
StarMed VentuMask

StarMed Ventumask is a unique design for CPAP therapy that is simply activated by connecting to an appropriate oxygen supply. Due to its low oxygen consumption and compact design, it can be used in a hospital environment or pre-hospital use. The range includes multiple products designs to allow ease of use and therapy flexibility in various clinical scenarios.
